Whether gathering yolks to make salted caramel ice cream, or whipping up whites to make authentic French meringues, getting your eggs in order has been known to cause a little separation anxiety! Not so with our ceramic Egg Separator, made of cream glazed stoneware. The shape emulates a classic batter bowl with an added slot to one side that will allow the egg whites to pour through.
