Does Serafina have parking?
Yes! We have a parking lot behind our store that always has available spots. And when you leave you just need to get a token from us and use it to open the gate.
What is your return policy?
Serafina offers store credit or exchange for non sale/non discounted items purchased in-store within 10 days of purchase.
Serafina will gladly issue a refund for non sale/non discounted items returned within days of delivery and accompanied by a sales receipt. Item must be in its original condition and must be unworn with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization and packaging instructions for your return.
How do I return items online?
Just reach out to us at email@example.com to get the process started. Once we approve your return, just ship it back to us at 2670 Mission Street, San Marino, CA 91107. We do not provide return shipping labels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
Can I make an appointment to shop virtually?
Absolutely, just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a time that works for you to shop over zoom or facetime!
What are your hours?
We are open 10 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Saturday
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

How does your sizing work?
Serafina carries brands from all over the world, we go by the sizing of the individual companies so some may be American sizes some may be European, etc. If you have any questions about sizing please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
