RETURN POLICY

Online Purchases:
Serafina will gladly issue a refund for non sale items returned within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a sales receipt. Item must be in its original condition and must be unworn with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Items returned for a refund must include a return authorization number. Please contact us via email at info@shopserafina.com to obtain a return authorization number and packaging instructions for your return. Once your refund is approved, we will email you with packaging instructions and a return authorization number. Packages received without an authorization number listed on the box will be refused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method less any shipping/restocking fee. Your refund, less any shipping/restocking fee, will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise by Serafina.

Sale Items, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, fragrance and candles are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

In Store Purchases:

Items purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchased and must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please contact us upon placing your order at info@shopserafina.com.
Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Special Orders:

We are happy to offer special orders when possible. Special orders require a 50% deposit and are a final sale. Deposits and Special orders are non cancelable and non refundable.
