Vela De La Alhucema Candle

Estate-grown lavender distilled on our farm lends this candle its soft, floral character, a reflection of the fields that bloom each summer in the Rio Grande Valley.

Our lavender candle is inspired by harvest season and the traditional steam distillation process in alhembic copper stills to extract the essential oil. Alhucema, the Arabic word for lavender, reflects both the fragrance’s deep roots. This candle infuses any space with a delicate floral scent of our favorite botanical, reminiscent of walking through early morning fields of fresh cut lavender.

How to use
Place the candle on a heat safe surface and light the wick to release its soft lavender aroma. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing to maintain a clean and consistent burn.

Limit burn time to four hours and keep the wick trimmed to one eighth of an inch to extend the life of your candle.

How it's made
Our candles are hand poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax for a clean, even burn. Each batch is infused with lavender essential oil distilled on the Los Poblanos farm using a traditional steam technique. This simple, non toxic formula highlights the pure scent of our organically grown lavender and reflects our commitment to clean ingredients and a true sense of place.
